When you need in-depth information from important clients, consumers, members, or constituents, you want interviews performed by a skilled moderator.

  • Create a list of questions.
  • Ensure that the respondent has access to background information and questions before the interview.
  • Create a positive rapport with the respondent.
  • Moderate a complete interview.
  • Prepare a written report and/or transcript of all interview results.
  • Summarize key points.

Interviews can be conducted in person, by phone, or online.

As with all FOCUS research products, interview results can be integrated into advertising copy or research reports.
